The dermaplaning #3 handle is stainless steel construction. The #3 handle is for dermaplaning #6 – #16 blades.
The blade handle is curved so the hand fits around the scalpel handle with ease and comfort. Furthermore, it is easy to maneuver due to its shape and smooth surface.
10R, 10, and 14 blades fit securely on the #3 scalpel handle. The size and dimensions are 14 cm x 1.3 cm.
When applying the blade onto the dermplaning #3 scalpel handle it is important to know how to remove the blade from the sterile package.
The dermaplaning blade package has a split into the middle of the package. Take thumb and finger and pull back the fold halfway.
Beauty therapists will see the end of the blade. There is a long opening at the end of the blade. The grooves on the #3 handle fit smoothly into the end of the blade.
After the dermaplaning skin treatment is completed use the blue blade remover to remove the blade from the handle.
Lay the blade flat and insert it into the blue blade remover. It will click into the blue blade remover. Once you feel it click then pull back and the blade will drop off and remove from the handle.
It is important to sanitize or sterilize the handle before performing another dermaplaning skin treatment.
